Shipping Policy

I feel so honored to able to ship some artwork to you!! I understand this is an investment of your hard-earned money, and I will pack everything with the upmost care and attention. If for some reason something happens (because things happen) during the shipping process, please see the Return Policy page.

Processing and Handling Times:

I am a one-man band (small business). I paint, print, press, pack, process and ship everything on my own!! I will do my very best to be timely, as follows:

Originals: Please allow 2-3 business days for handling.

Prints: Please allow 3-4 business days for handling.

Totes and Pouches: Please allow 1-2 business days for handling.

Custom Items: Timing will vary, please allow a minimum of 3 weeks to process and ship.

Shipping Times (United States ONLY):

Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days; however, during the holiday season could take up to 5-10 business days for shipping. I have no control over shipping times once the item leaves my studio and apologize in advance if your shipment is delayed for any reason. You will receive a tracking # once the shipping label is created, so you can track your package.

International Shipping:

Shipping times will vary by region and can take up to 3-5 weeks. Shipping costs and shipping time will be calculated at checkout. I have no control over shipping times once the item leaves my studio and apologize in advance if your shipment is delayed for any reason. I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

Local Delivery:

Local Delivery is available for Original Artwork ONLY. If the free local delivery option pops up for you at checkout, you will know it is available to you. Original artwork will be delivered by yours truly, Krista Nelson (the artist)!!

Mon - Fri, 5 pm - 7 pm and Saturday, 10 am - 4 pm (Delivery does not include installation of the artwork)

If I am unable to deliver your painting, you could see one of my kids or other family members in my absence. I will communicate this with you prior to delivery.

Shipping Discounts:

I offer FREE Shipping on Prints, Totes and Pouches for orders over $75. In order for you to see this discount you will need to click on one of the shipping options and the discount will then be applied (I know, I know).

If you want items faster, you will have to pay for expedited shipping costs.
