I was inspired to paint this piece beings I am a huge fan of camping. If I am not working you can find me camping during the season here in the beautiful PNW. I wanted to capture the feeling of stepping away from the campfire and observing all of the beautiful bouncing colors. If you observe this piece close enough you will see the mark making I tend to bring into most of my paintings which are fun to find. I hope you enjoy exploring this piece.
